Angel's hot phone bill

Lucy Liu ('Shanghai Noon'), who was given a mobile phone by her agency Innovative, stunned them with a USD$2000 phone bill and then had the gall to dump them for another agency, the more glamorous ICM.

Innovative initially agreed to pay the phone bills in order to keep Liu, who's known to be fussy, happy but was shocked when she switched to ICM. Reportedly, when Innovative insisted that Liu pay the phone bills, she adamantly refused on the grounds that Innovative had agreed to pay the bills in the first place. Lucy Liu will be starring in the much-anticipated 'Charlie's Angels' movie, scheduled to open in Malaysian cinemas on 23 November 2000.
